Numbers are in from the Secretary of State's office, and fewer Missourians than expected cast their vote in Tuesday's election.
That's about 7 percent fewer than the Secretary of State's office had projected originally. A spokeswoman for the Secretary of State office,Stacie Temple, says the lower turnout may have actually prevented problems at the polls.
Temple says this year's turnout was down 4 percent from the 2008 election.© Copyright, KXCV
