A wind symphony concert is being performed Sunday afternoon in Maryville.

The university's wind symphony is a 55-piece ensemble that director Doug Overmier says will feature the top composers from the last century.

The concert will end with the first movement of the lord of the rings symphony. It's set for 3 this Sunday afternoon at the Charles Johnson Theater in Maryville.
