The Trenton Area Chamber of Commerce is holding an outside Christmas Lighting and Decorating Contest this year.

The competition is open to those within Trenton city limits. First place winners will be awarded $100 followed by a $75 second place prize. Trenton Area Chamber of Commerce president, Debbie Carman, says is looking forward to displays that will shine new light on the community.

The outside Christmas Lighting and Decorating Contest will be divided into two categories: business and residential. Entries must be made to the Trenton Chamber of Commerce by December 19.
