Just in time for the holidays, a stress management class is being offered in Maryville.

But the deadline to register is tomorrow. It's being put on by the university extension and the 8 sessions will cover not only reducing stress, but related topics like nutrition, physical activity, and mental well-being. The classes will run Monday nights from 6 to 7 at the First United Methodist Church in Maryville. To meet tomorrow's registration you can call the Nodaway County Extension Center in Maryville.
