St. Joseph business are teaming up to encourage consumers to shop locally this holiday season.

The 5th Annual "Shop St. Joseph" holiday program starts next week. Nearly 50 St. Joseph business have signed up for the event. Director of communications of the St. Joseph Metro Chamber Kristi Rasmussen says business can't afford to miss out on holiday dollars.

Any business interested in joining "Shop St. Joseph" needs to contact the chamber by this Friday. "Shop St. Joseph" begins November 15th.
