CHILLICOTHE, MO (2011-11-03)

Two are arrested in Chillicothe after police response to a threat against patrons of a business there.

Police say it happened in the 600 Block of Webster Street. As a result of the investigation 21 year old Matthew case was arrested for 2nd degree assault and resisting arrest. He was being held in the Livingston County Jail on $25,000 bond. Also arrested is 27 year old Emily Rinhart for disorderly conduct and interfering with a law enforcement officer.
