The Chillicothe City Council meets tonight.

Council members are expected to accept a bid for banking services for the city, consider a conditional use permit for a permanent make-up business operating at 249 Southwest Drive in Chillicothe, and discuss and pass an ordinance creating new ward boundaries within the city. The Chillicothe City Council meeting starts at 5:30 at City Hall.
