The kick-off event for Chillicothe's "Local First" campaign starts tomorrow.

The Black and Red Friday campaign involves local businesses having special promotions tomorrow. Executive director of the Chillicothe Area Chamber Lindy Chapman says it's a take-off on the traditional "Black Friday" shopping day, but earlier.

The chamber is also supporting participating businesses with new marketing tools and techniques as part of the ongoing "Local First" shopping campaign.
