ST. JOSEPH, MO (2010-11-15) Continuing on past year's success, the St. Joseph chamber launches its "Shope St. Joseph Holiday Program" tomorrow.

The annual event is a strategy the chamber has hit upon to increase customer traffic and retain more shopping dollars in the local economy. Participating businesses give customers tickets when purchasing. A drawing will then be held in late December for a $10,000 giveaway. Only businesses that are chamber members are allowed to participate. The St. Joseph chamber says the program runs through December 20th.
