St. Joseph Biz Summit

ST. JOSEPH, MO (2010-11-17) The St. Joseph area Chamber of Commerce will host the St. Joseph business summit on Thursday in the Fulkerson Center of Missouri Western State University.

The morning keynote address will be delivered by entrepreneur Danny O'Neill, the "Bean Baron" of the Roasterie, a specialty coffee roasting company based out of Kansas City. The afternoon keynote speaker will be Dr. Philip Nitse, new dean of the Craig School of Business at Missouri Western. Between the morning and afternoon addresses, two sets of breakout sessions will be offered with topics including speed networking and e-mail marketing. Chamber member Natalie Redmond hopes the summit will energize small business owners.
