New MoDOT Director

MARYVILLE, MO (2010-11-05) Missouri's new director of transportation knows exactly the conditions of roads here north Missouri that is where he's come from.

Kevin Keith was named head of the Missouri Department of Transportation yesterday morning. Before arriving in the state capital, Keith worked in the Chillicothe district and was the district engineer for the St. Joseph/Northwest region. In accepting the top spot, Keith said Missouri's transportation future will be driven by limited dollars. Keith has been serving as the state's chief engineer before his appointment as director of MoDOT.
