LIVINGSTON COUNTY, MO (2010-11-03) Livingston County voters had contributed to just one local race with a contested seat.
That was for circuit judge of the 43rd circuit division one where republican Tom Chapman won. Overwhelmingly in Livingston. Voters also chose republican incumbent Mike Lair who easily was re-elected to his seat. Livingston County went for Roy Blunt in the US senate Tom Schweich for state auditor and Sam Graves for the 6th district US house seat. Voters in Livingston also approved all 3 constitutional amendments, as well as proposition A. They soundly defeated the so called "Puppy Mill" proposition.
