MARYVILLE, MO (2010-11-30) The court case for Maryville's former public works director moves forward.
Greg Decker was in court yesterday afternoon facing 6 felonies and 3 misdemeanor charges connected to theft, forgery, and tampering with a motor vehicle. Investigators allege the crimes were committed against the city of Maryville when Decker worked there as a department head. He was let go this June. Decker waived his preliminary hearing during the appearance, which moves the case into the circuit court in mid-December.
