CLARINDA, IA (2010-11-11) The Clarinda city council meets tonight.

On the agenda is a resolution to approve the city's five year plan, the first reading of adding no parking zones in Clarinda, and consideration of a proposal from the airport committee regarding the prices of new Hangars. The Clarinda city council meets at 6 O'clock tonight at City Hall.
