MARYVILLE, MO (2010-11-15) The deadline is the end of today to sign up for the beef producer's seminar set for this Thursday in Maryville.
Besides a panel of Nodaway County veterinarians giving feedback on what they are seeing in beef production locally a national legislative expert from the Missouri Farm Bureau will be going over ever changing regulations and politics effecting beef production. Seminar organizer and Andrew County livestock specialist Amie Schleicher says producers have to keep up with the changing information. You can register for the beef seminar through the extension office in Andrew County. The event itself includes dinner and will be in the Nodaway County Administrative Center north of the Square starting Thursday night at 6.
