ST. JOSEPH, MO. (2009-11-24) The St. Joseph chamber is celebrating the opening of two new businesses in town.

Basil's italian cafe is now open in the former Country Kitchen building. And the circle of HOPE delivers services to youth and families with emotional and mental health issues. Both had ribbon cuttings yesterday to mark their openings in the St. Jopseh community.
