ST. JOSEPH, MO. (2009-11-18) The St. Joseph City council approves the construction of a new boat dock.

The structure will be on the Missouri river in St. Joseph, just South of the French Bottoms access ramp. The nearly $240,000 project will be paid for through a combination of state grants as well as St. Joseph sales tax and cell phone revenue tax. It will run for 200 feet and include a shelter.
