ST. JOSEPH, MO. (2009-11-20) A St. Joseph used car dealership is one of 7 the State's attorney general is cracking down on.

Ace Motors of St. Joseph will pay $2,000 in restitution after violating Missouri laws regarding selling used vehicles. The crack down comes after the attorney general's office investigated a number of complaints. Authorities say unsuspecting used-car buyers were being taken advantage of even to the point in some cases of jeopardizing health because some vehicles didn't have the required safety inspections.
