SAVANNAH, MO (2009-11-16) Savannah residents will notice changes in their city bills.

Both utility and cash collections bills in Savannah are being upgraded to provide customers with more information. Instead of text on the back of the bills, fee identifications will now be printed on the front. The City will also now be able to include a usage history for water usage for each resident.
