BROWNVILLE, NE. (2009-11-06) This is the first Friday of the month, which means lots of activities in Brownville, Nebraska.

The village's "First Friday" celebration opens with the band "Sam Guise" at the Whiskey Run Creek winery. Then on Sunday at the regular lyceum Dr. Bob Chitwood will update the audience through video the past 2 years' activities, costs, and future plans for the Brownville railroad history center.
