ST. JOSEPH, MO. (2009-11-02) A single car accident has left a man with serious injuries.

Clayton T. Baker of St. Joseph, was traveling Northbound on US 69 when he traveled off of the left side of the road. Baker then over corrected, returned to the roadway, slid off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree, ejecting Backer through the back windshield. Baker was taken to St. Lukes hospital by Life Flight Eagle. Baker was not wearing a seatbelt.
