MARYVILLE, MO (2009-11-06) A Maryville man faces 21 years in prison after allegedly stealing more than $160,000 from his employer.

The prosecuting attorney says an investigation revealed 26 year old Chuck Chubick was working at Murphy Oil in Maryville but selling cigarettes and taking lottery tickets and cash. The total take from last November to this October, according to authorities, was more than $163,000. Chubick faces 3 felony counts. His arraignment is set for later this month.
