CHILICOTHE, MO. (2009-11-09) The Chillicothe City Council meets tonight.

On the agenda is an ordinance regarding railroad right of entry, discussion and ordinance of the South side of the old prison property, and a street closing request from the chamber for the Holiday Parade to be held later this month. The Chillicothe City Council meeting starts at 7 tonight at City Hall.
