Albany Revitalization

ALBANY, MO. (2009-11-05) The City of Albany will have extra help keeping the town clean.

The board is getting assistance from a citizen's group that has formed to target properties within Albany that need to be cleaned up. Calling itself a revitalization group, members plan on helping the City identify blight. Community leaders are also getting ready to celebrate it's first-place win at the State's annual community betterment conference. Also at the recent board meeting members unanimously agreed to use the company "Tee Collect" to go after delinquent accounts for the City.
