MARYVILLE, MO (2008-11-05) Students at Northwest Missouri State have more than classes to get to in the coming weeks.
About 18-hundred students have not gotten their mandatory mumps-measles- and rubella vaccinations.
The MMR shots are required for all students, but the 18 hundred without were discovered during a routine audit by the school's health department.
The assistant director health services Beau Dooley says most students not on the record probably just have had the shot but haven't turned in paperwork.
Dooley says there are just a few exemptions for not turning in the required paperwork.
Students needing waivers can pick them up at the University's wellness center.
