Fire Chief Steps Down

CHILLICOTHE, MO (2008-11-20) The long-time fire chief in Chillicothe is stepping down.

Joe Rinehart is the Director of Emergency Services but announced yesterday he was retiring after serving Chillicothe for 37 years.

He's held the fire chief's position since 1979.
