Weston Bend State Park is hosting a family festival tomorrow from 9am to 4pm called Wings Over Weston.

This Birding event focuses on getting people interested in birding and outside to enjoy nature. There will be crafts, arts, games, food and music from the Bluegrass Tornadoes. The festival aims to get children excited about that nature has to offer.

There will be live birds from operation wildlife that children can help band and release into the wild. The event is sponsored by Missouri State Parks and Burroughs Audubon Society of Greater Kansas City.
