The Trenton City Council met earlier this week and made final decisions on two items of business for the city.

Trenton Council approved an ordinance authorizing the execution of a tax-exempt lease to purchase agreement for the city. The city of Trenton will be purchasing a new motor grater for the Streets Department through US Bank, over a period of five years. Trenton City Council also passed an ordinance granting a conditional use permit to allow Morse and Sons Properties to begin construction of a two story apartment property at 2412 Oklahoma Avenue.
