A Northwest Missouri School District continues to juggle long-range needs with more urgent maintenance projects.

Mound City R-2 Superintendent Ken Eaton compiles a 9 year list of improvement and upkeep projects for the district. Eaton says he has to skip some long-range projects for issues needing immediate attention.

Eaton adds projects they are unable to accomplish are moved to another academic year's improvement list.
