MARYVILLE, MO (2011-05-04)
The Maryville R-2 School Board finally sells its buildings trades house.
For months the house built by building trades students at the Northwest Technical School has been on the market and the center of numerous discussions at school board meetings on how to get it sold. The final selling price is the full price of what the district was asking, $259,000. The buyers are Wren and Heather Baker, he's the athletic director at Northwest Missouri State. The Maryville superintendent says the couple is a great match for the house.
