Drivers in Atchison county Missouri next week will notice a highway closed for repairs.

Crews are preparing Route A for an upcoming resurfacing project. That's east of Watson to Interstate 29. Starting Monday Route A will be closed from noon to 8 Monday night. On Tuesday it will close from 6 in the morning until 8 that night. And on Wednesday it's also closed from 6 in the morning until 8. The closures are, of course, weather permitting.
