More car break-ins are being reported in Maryville, and it has law enforcers concerned.

Maryville Public Safety Keith Wood says more than a dozen have been reported to his agency over the last couple of weeks, with reports still trickling in. He says it's typically a summertime crime for Maryville so it's early and this time they are targeting anything in the vehicle.

Woods adds Wallets, Purses, Electronics, and other personal items should be taken with you or locked up in the glove box or trunk.
