Chillicothe, MO (2010-05-21) The Chillicothe Police Department now offers their free extra patrol service online.

The police say with it being summertime and many families going on vacation now is a prime time for use of the service.
Lieutenant Matt Rodriguez says the patrol requests are becoming increasingly popular.
He hopes now that it's online, it will be even easier to sign up.
The Chillicothe Police website is www.chillicothepolice.org and to access the service click on "Vacation Watch Request."
