MARYVILLE, MO (2010-05-25) Maryville residents will join the fight against breast cancer in less than a month.

Proceeds from Maryville's Annual Marathon will be donated to Saint Francis Hospital.

A fund has been created for a new mammography machine.

The machine is crucial for early detection of breast cancer.

This is the first time in the race's 7-year history that it has donated money to a charitable cause.

Maryville Chamber of Commerce Director Luke Reven (reh-ven) says the event is for runners and the community as a whole.
