MARYVILLE, MO (2010-05-25) The President of Northwest Missouri State University says even though it's summer, the institution continues to work toward future growth.
Doctor John Jasinski says he anticipates a plan to come up again in the statehouse to merge higher education overnight with that of elementary and secondary education.
He says preparing for several "Soar" dates- or visits by the incoming freshman class- will keep Northwest busy this summer.
((tag until 11a)) You can hear more about Northwest's summer during our Morning Choice conversation- that's at 11-06 this morning.
