MARYVILLE, MO (2010-05-25) The state approves the nomination for the Administration Building at Northwest Missouri State to be on the National Register for Historic Places.
The effort is the brainchild of Jason Williamson, a graduate student who is writing his thesis on the history of the Administration Building.
University Historian Cathy Palmer notes if the Ad Building is approved for the National Register is will join another historic campus structure.
The National Park Service has 45 days to decide whether to add it to the National Register.
