MARYVILLE, MO (2009-03-09) The St. Joseph City Council has a full agenda for its meeting tonight.

Members will be discussing a plan to purchase 16 tactical entry carbine rifles and ammunition for the police department's special response team, a purchase of 70 sets of gear for the fire department and buying 10 cars for the police department.

They'll also consider amending the sewer fund by more than half a million dollars to meet rising expenses for equipment and authorize a study of the St. Joseph's wastewater utility.

The City Council meeting starts at 7 at City Hall.
