MARYVILLE, MO (2009-03-31) Food and shelter programs in 7 regional counties will be sharing in a grant secured through the Green Hills Community Action Agency.

More than 37 thousand dollars will be split between food and shelter programs in Caldwell, Daviess, Grundy, Harrison, Mercer, Putnam, and Sullivan counties.

Sarah Maloney is with green hills community action agency and says April 7th is when they'll decide which groups get how much of the federal funds.

Both Linn and Livingston counties were also each awarded similar grants.
