The City of Maryville is moving forward on a project to reconstruct Munn Ave from South Avenue to Highway V.

The first phase of the project will require the closure of Munn Avenue from South Avenue to the north Maryville High School entrance Maryville High School will still be accessible by Munn Avenue from the South using Highway V. City Manager Greg McDanel says the project will greatly benefit the community.

The first phase of the road construction project is expected to begin in mid March and be completed around mid May.
