The Plattsburg husband and father accused of shooting his wife and killing his adult son has a court hearing set for tomorrow.

Richard Vardy faces 3 felony counts, including voluntary manslaughter and armed criminal action. Clinton County investigators say Vardy fired shots during a domestic dispute. They say a bullet hit Vardy's wife Mary in the head and then hit his son, who died. He's set to be in Plattsburg's associate courtroom tomorrow afternoon on those charges.
