The University of Missouri Extension Office in Atchison County will be holding a class on basic vegetable gardening at the Velma Houts Fair Building in Rock Port on Monday, March 5th from 7 - 9 p.m.

The class will discuss site selection, planting dates, soil testing and many other topics. class attendees will receive a vegetable planting calendar and other MU Extension information on gardening. For more information contact the Atchison County Extension Center at 660-744-6213.
