An independent group is wanting to put together a needs analysis for 3 counties in our Kansas listening area.

The goal is to spur economic development. Atchison Kansas realtor Louis Regenstein says the survey will cover Atchison, Doniphan, and Jefferson counties. She says the research will hope to find what kind of small businesses can be developed in the region.

The needs analysis will be conducted during the next 3 months.
