CAMERON, MO (2012-03-23)
Two are taken into custody and the investigation continues after authorities sweep a Cameron convenience store.
The police, Clinton County Sheriff's Office, highway patrol and neighboring Buchanan County Drug Strike Force from St. Joseph were all working the case, which reportedly involves synthetic drugs. The "Right Choice" convenience store was searched for several hours and at least 2 people questioned during the investigation. Similar raids have happened over the past year in Maryville, St. Joseph, and other regional cities after state lawmakers passed legislation banning synthetic drugs in Missouri.
