ST. JOSEPH (2011-03-07)

The Missouri State Highway Patrol's Troop "H" in St. Joseph welcomed a new lieutenant last week.

Sergeant Mark D. Harwell from Troop "D" in Springfield was promoted to lieutenant at Troop "H" on the 1st of March. Harwell holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from the college of the Ozarks and joined the Missouri State Highway Patrol as a member of the 56th recruit class in 1984.
