Homecoming Concert

It's a homecoming for several famous sons and daughters during a public concert Sunday in Maryville.

Called "Bringing Home the Talent", natives from Stanberry, Craig, Savannah, and other towns in Northwest Missouri are presenting a concert featuring music, cowboy poetry, and comedy. Marilyn Alldredge is coordinating the event and says the performers were enthusiastic about returning to their roots. The concert is a fund raiser for the small-businesses support organization the "Northwest Missouri Enterprise Facilitation" group. It will be Sunday at 2 in the afternoon at the Ron Houston Performing Arts Center in Maryville.
