Continuing our series on Maryville City Council candidates, we hear from Richard Boettner.

A resident of Maryville for 18 years, Boettner is a self-employed piano technician and instructor, and says this is his first time running for a public office. He describes himself as a fiscal conservative ready to serve the citizens. During newscasts tomorrow we will hear form another candidate running for Maryville City Council.
