CHILLICOTHE, MO. (2010-3-26) It's a half million dollar bond for a suspect facing a string of charges in an alleged grocery shoplifting case in Chillicothe.
Police there alledge 33 year old Timothy Baudour shoplifted at the Hy-Vee used a weapon to injure an employee during his escape, then fled. Police went after him, but say Baudour bailed from his car, led them on a foot chase, and was eventually arrested in the garage of a house near the store. He now faces charges of assault in the first degree, 4 counts of armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon, 3 counts of assault in the second, stealing, resisting arrest, and burglary. He hasn't yet posted the half-million dollar cash bond and remains in the Livingston County jail.
