Premium Standard Farm Suit Verdict

KANSAS CITY, MO. (2010-3-5) A jury has awarded 15 people $11 million over odors coming from premium standard farms operations.

Most of the platiff's were awarded 825,000 apiece. The suit stemmed from odors coming from PSF's Berlin, Missouri hog farm. That's about 80 miles North of Kansas City. The corporate pork producer says it will appeal the verdict.
