NORTHWEST MISSOURI (2010-3-9) March is National Nutrition Month with this year's theme being nutrition from the ground up.

The theme describes the basics of eating healthy and maintaining a balance of physical activity and diet. Regional nutrition and health education specialist Janet Hackert says nutrition educators will be working throughout schools in the Northwest region.
