LIVINGSTON COUNTY, MO. (2010-3-19) The highway patrol makes and arrest in Livingston County after apparently stumbling upon a burglary in progress.
Officials say they saw a man standing outside a closed convenience store in Chula. The trooper turned around and discovered the suspect had allegedly broken a store window to get in. Arrested is 21 year old Jeremiah Orona of Chula. The highway patrol says they also found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia on him. He's been charged with possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia, and property damage.
